The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the city center and the Barbican. It made it really convenient for exploring the city. The shower in the room had great water pressure and the fluffy towels provided were a nice touch. Additionally, the layout of the hotel room was cozy and made perfect use of the small space.
I had a few issues during my stay. I did not receive the key code as advised and had to make multiple calls before finally getting it.

Great location and spacious apartment. The juliette balcony was a lovely touch and the shower was fantastic. The apartment was also very clean and the fluffy towels were a nice touch.
the TV in the living room didn't have any channels and the DVD player didn't work. Another downside was the uncomfortable sofas, the cushions constantly fell off and they were generally hard and uncomfortable to sit on.
